We invest in people before we invest in machines.

In-House Training Program: A Practical Approach to Cleanroom Technologies

At Nagoya Plastic Industry Sdn. Bhd., maintaining a cleanroom is not simply about having controlled facilities—it is about ensuring that every employee understands the principles behind contamination control and consistently applies them throughout daily operations.

To strengthen our cleanroom capabilities, we organized an in-house training program, “A Practical Approach to Cleanroom Technologies,” conducted by an experienced industry specialist. The program focused on the practical application of cleanroom technologies, contamination control, ISO 14644 requirements, environmental monitoring, ESD awareness, and cleanroom operational best practices.

The training reinforced key areas including:

  • Cleanroom contamination control principles
  • ISO 14644 standards and compliance requirements
  • Cleanroom operation and environmental monitoring
  • Airflow, filtration, and cleanroom maintenance concepts
  • ESD awareness and personnel practices
  • Cleanroom safety and operational discipline

Rather than viewing cleanrooms as simply controlled spaces, we believe they are critical manufacturing environments where consistency, discipline, and technical knowledge directly influence product quality.

Through continuous employee development, we strengthen our capability to support customers in the medical, electronics, precision engineering, and other contamination-sensitive industries, delivering products under controlled manufacturing conditions with confidence and consistency.

Because cleanroom excellence begins with knowledgeable people—not just clean facilities.
