Mould care training for our tooling team
A production mould often represents years of engineering work and a significant investment, and replacing one costs far more than maintaining it. Preventive maintenance is therefore a core part of how we look after customer tooling.
Our mould engineering and tooling team recently completed training with an experienced industry specialist. The programme covered:
- Mould maintenance and preventive care
- Mould inspection and wear analysis
- Welding repair techniques
- Mould handling and preservation
- Extending mould life through systematic maintenance
The training builds on our in-house tool maintenance and helps us keep customer moulds in good condition over long production runs.
